I am a senior K-12 education leader, consultant, and Executive Director of NewCo Foundation, a foundation focused on student entrepreneurship and economic mobility. With more than 20 years of experience in public education, I bring deep expertise in human resources leadership, labor relations, Career Technical Education program development, and AI in learning environments.

My career spans classroom teaching, university instruction, district administration, and county-level systems leadership, including authorship of more than $28 million in competitive grants at Ventura County Office of Education. I have taught at the university level at institutions including the University of Massachusetts Global Campus and California Lutheran University.

I work with schools, districts, and education organizations to build systems that center people, develop talent, and connect students to real pathways.
